a little more biochemistry help

Hey everyone! I hope you are all not going too crazy studying for biochemistry. As most of you know, Dr. McBride gave us a little review today. I know that several people were tired or sick and missed class so here is an audio file of what he went over. It helps if you have the notes, and if y'all want I will upload those too (just comment it and if enough people comment I'll post it later). The recording is not the best because I have not gotten an external mic yet, and you can also here my pen writing some in the background (sorry).
