I know that everyone is sooo excited about being back in class. It is going to be a great year (our last year of classes!!!) and we are going to hit the ground running. This Friday at 11:50 we are going to have our first class meeting! it will be right after OTC, and we will vote on our final schedule and sign up for LEARN Teams. Day one is almost done!!!!! We are now officially OVER HALFWAY there!

Hey everyone! I hope that everyone is surviving. Just keep in mind that in about 2 weeks we will be on break! I hope that everyone has started working on pharmacology it is going to be a bugger. I plan on putting some great resources on the google group later this week for pharmacology, just click the "study help" on the bottom right of the blog. (There is already some TDM help up.) If you have anything that you would like me to post just shoot me an email. Keep on working hard!!!!

Calendars are finished!!!

Well, I finished the calendar! There are actually two of them. Both of the links are to the right. If you have a google group name you should be able to create your own calendar 'profile.' It's easy!
1. Click on the link.
2. Sign in using your Google Group name and password.
3. It will ask "Do you want to add this calendar?
Would you like to add calendar: MSOP 2010?"
CLICK "YES I WANT TO ADD THIS CALENDAR"
4. Repeat steps 1-3 for the other calendar.
The above is an example of what you will see after you add your calendars (click on it to view it bigger). You can add other calendars from the web or create your own calendar (you can make is public or private). If you look in the bottom left corner you will see a list of my calendars. By selecting the boxes you enable that calendar to be viewed. Right now you are looking at Feburary's Meetings (in blue) and our Class Calendar (in teal). It is all really easy to use, and kinda neat. Play around with it and let me know what you think (by posting a comment "bright idea").

SPRING 2007 CALENDAR

Hey guys! I know that everyone is wanting a hard copy of a calendar for this semester. If you look to the right there is a new icon "google calendar." If you click on it you will have access to the MSOP 2010 calendar. It uses the same sign in name and password as you use to sign into the google group or to post comments on the blog. Play around with it and let me know what you think.

I just wanted everone to know, that while we were studying and resting this weekend, Emily Morris ran the St. Jude marathon in Memphis. I'm not sure but I think that is like 26 or so miles!!! So congratualtions Emily!!!!

Hey everyone! This afternoon I filed all of our extra handouts. So if you have missed a class or lost your handout you can probably find a copy of it in the filing cabinet in the back of the room. They are organized by class and instructor. Hope it helps!!!

Hey Guys! I hope that everyone is having a good weekend. I know I have enjoyed the extra hour of sleep I this morning. I just wanted to remind everyone that tomorrow (Monday) Emily Morris will be speaking at CPF. Emily has lived all over the world and is going to be sharing her story with us. I encourage everyone to join us at 12:15 in our class room to get to know a little more about Emily and share in some fellowship. Also lunch will be provided for just $2. I hope to see you all there!!!

ANNOUNCEMENTS FOR WEEK OF 10-2

HEY GUYS! SORRY THESE ANNOUNCEMENTS ARE SO LATE....

Two class members will be invited to attend each meeting. We will randomly draw names out of a hat and contact you by email the week prior to the meeting. You can decline the invitation if you want.

We will be preparing for a can food drive during Thanksgiving, so start collecting you cans and other nonperishable foods.

The white coat ceremony is this Friday at Shades Mt Baptist Church on Columbiana road. We need to be seated with our coaters by 130 that afternoon.

Keep an eye out for a card for Joe, and if you want to help him out during the weeks to come contact Emily Morris.
